Our Orbit

Terms of use

Last updated [DATE]

These terms are between you and [YOUR NAME OR COMPANY] (“we”), who run Our Orbit. By using the app you agree to them.

Your account

You need to be 16 or over. Keep access to your email safe, since that’s how you sign in. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.

Your content

Everything you add (trips, moments, photos and your profile) stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you’ve chosen to share it with, only so we can run Our Orbit. On a shared trip, the people on it can see, edit and delete its moments, and keep a read-only copy if the trip is taken from them.

What’s not allowed

  • Anything illegal, or that harasses, threatens or exploits anyone.
  • Sexual content involving minors, which we report to the authorities.
  • Hate, graphic violence, or content you don’t have the right to share.
  • Pretending to be someone else, spam, or trying to break or misuse the service.

We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules. You can block people, and report anything to us at support@ourorbitapp.com.

The service

We work hard to keep Our Orbit running and your memories safe, but we provide it as it is and can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep copies of photos that matter to you. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Ending

You can stop using Our Orbit and ask us to delete your account at any time. We’ll give you notice before closing the service, so you can save your photos.

Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app first. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
